Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Client") and Yassi Ventures ("Consultancy", "we", "us", or "our") and apply to all consultancy services provided by us. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Services

    We provide consultancy services in the field of Technology and Business. The scope of our services will be agreed upon in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work ("Agreement") prior to the commencement of any work.

  2. Fees and Payment

    Fees for our consultancy services will be specified in the Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added to the invoice where applicable. Invoices will be issued as per the payment schedule in the Agreement, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of our services.

  3. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data, confidential during and after the termination of the Agreement. Confidential information may only be disclosed if required by law or with the written consent of the disclosing party.

  4. Intellectual Property Rights

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in any work, materials, or deliverables produced by us during the course of providing our services shall remain our property. The Client shall be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for the purpose for which they were provided.

  5. Termination

    Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice to the other party in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the Agreement. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client to us for the services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

  7. Indemnification

    The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Consultancy and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the Client's breach of these Terms or the Agreement.

  8. Governing Law

    These Terms and the Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.

  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
